Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or have a question about an order, the best way to reach us is by email at tristan@proamgolfctr.com or by using the contact form below.
Free Returns
To be eligible for a free return, all of the following requirements must be met:
- The item must be new and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible returns received within the 14-day return period will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns initiated after 14 days but within 30 days may be accepted for store credit.
We are unable to accept returns after 30 days.
Items Not Eligible for Free Returns
The following items are not eligible for free return shipping:
- Special orders
- Custom golf clubs
- Personalized items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email tristan@proamgolfctr.com or send us a message using the contact form below.
Please include your order number and a brief description of the item you would like to return. Including the email address used to place the order can also help us locate your purchase quickly.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide a return shipping label when applicable, along with instructions for completing your return.
Please do not ship merchandise back before receiving return instructions from us. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the merchandise to confirm that it meets the return requirements. After the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Returns accepted after the 14-day refund period will be issued as store credit when applicable.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranties
If you believe you have received a defective product, please email tristan@proamgolfctr.com or use the contact form below. Defective products may be eligible for assistance outside of our standard 30-day return period when the product is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage and approval are determined by the product manufacturer. Pro Am Golf USA is happy to assist with the warranty process when possible, but final warranty decisions are at the manufacturer's discretion.
Please contact us before returning any product for warranty consideration.
Partial Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different days. If part of your order appears to be missing, please check your order status and tracking information before reporting a shortage.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please save the item, all original packaging, and the shipping carton. Email tristan@proamgolfctr.com or use the contact form below as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos if available.
Do not ship a damaged item back unless we have instructed you to do so. Shipping damage claims may be subject to carrier reporting deadlines, so please contact us promptly after discovering damage.
