What should I do if I receive the "GIFT CARD NOT FOUND" message?
Make sure the card number you type in has no spaces. Also leave out the four zeros at the beginning of your card number, if you card starts with them.
My gift card is showing $0 balance remaining, but I did not use the card.
Please reach out to customer service and we will search order records to see if or when the card was used.
How do I purchase a gift card?
